SpellSoft Studio respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use games and applications published by SpellSoft Studio.

This policy applies to all games and applications published under the SpellSoft Studio name. Some sections may not apply to every game, depending on the features included in that game.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on the game and the features you use, we may collect:

Device and technical information

This may include:

  • Device type and model

  • Operating system and app version

  • Language and country

  • IP address

  • Advertising identifier

  • Approximate location based on IP address

  • Crash reports and performance information

  • Game activity, session duration, and gameplay events

  • Advertisement views, clicks, and reward completion information

Account information

Some games may allow you to sign in using Google Play Games, Google, Apple Game Center, Sign in with Apple, or another supported platform service.

We may receive information such as:

  • Platform account identifier

  • Player ID

  • Display name

  • Email address, when provided by the platform

  • Authentication information

  • Achievements and leaderboard information

  • Saved game progress

We do not receive or store your Google or Apple account password.

Game and cloud-save information

We may collect and store:

  • Game progress

  • Player level and achievements

  • Purchased or unlocked items

  • Game settings

  • Cloud-save data

  • Account creation and login dates

Cloud-save data may also be stored by Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, iCloud, or other platform services.

Purchase information

When you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

We may receive:

  • Purchased product

  • Transaction identifier

  • Purchase status

  • Purchase receipt

  • Date and value of the transaction

SpellSoft Studio does not receive or store your full credit-card or payment-card details.

Support information

When you contact us, we may collect your email address, player ID, device information, game information, and any information you include in your message.

2. Advertising

Some SpellSoft Studio games display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.

We may use Unity LevelPlay and participating advertising services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Unity Ads

  • ironSource-related advertising services

  • Other advertising partners added through LevelPlay

These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, app usage, advertisement interactions, diagnostics, and similar technical information.

This information may be used to:

  • Display advertisements

  • Provide rewarded-ad rewards

  • Measure advertisement performance

  • Limit how often advertisements are shown

  • Detect fraud or invalid activity

  • Provide personalized or non-personalized advertising

  • Improve advertising services

Where required by law, you may be asked for consent before personalized advertising is used. You may change advertising or consent choices through the privacy settings available in the game or through your device settings.

Advertising providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Operate and maintain our games

  • Create and manage player accounts

  • Save and restore game progress

  • Process and verify purchases

  • Provide rewarded-ad rewards

  • Display advertisements

  • Provide customer support

  • Fix crashes and technical problems

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable under European data-protection law, we process personal information based on:

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

  • Cloud-save and authentication providers

  • Analytics and crash-reporting providers

  • Authorities when legally required

  • A purchaser or successor if SpellSoft Studio or one of its games is sold or transferred

We do not sell personal information directly for money. Advertising partners may process or share certain identifiers and usage information for advertising purposes as described in their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the game and account

  • Maintain cloud saves

  • Complete transactions

  • Resolve support requests

  • Prevent fraud and abuse

  • Meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements

Account and game information may be retained while your account remains active. Some purchase, security, or legal records may be retained after account deletion when required by law.

Third-party providers determine their own retention periods.

7. Account and Data Deletion

For games that support player accounts, you may request deletion through the account or settings section inside the game, where available.

Include the game name and your Player ID or platform account identifier so that we can locate your account. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account.

When a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal information controlled by SpellSoft Studio, except information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

Information stored directly by Apple, Google, advertising providers, or other third parties may need to be deleted through those providers separately.

Account deletion may permanently remove game progress, cloud saves, virtual items, and other account information. Deleted information may not be recoverable.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Receive a portable copy of certain information

  • Withdraw consent

  • Object to personalized advertising

  • Submit a complaint to your local data-protection authority

9. Children’s Privacy

SpellSoft Studio games are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum legal age required in their country without appropriate parental consent.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information without valid parental consent, contact us and we will investigate and delete the information where required.

10. International Data Transfers

Some providers used by our games may process information outside Greece or the European Economic Area.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, such as approved contractual protections or recognized legal transfer mechanisms.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, services, legal obligations, or third-party providers change.

The updated version will be published on spellsoftstudio.com with a new “Last updated” date.
